How to minimise applications at startup in Mac OS X

If you have some apps set up to automaticaly startup after you login to Mac OS X, you might want to run them minimised. It's easy to do.

Simply go to (apple) menu -> System Preferences…

Then go to Users & Groups

And then highlight your user name -> click Login Items button -> and finally tick a box next to the application you want to run minimised.

Clever hah?
