How to determine installed version of Citrix Presentation Server or Citrix XenApp Server for Windows

To determine the version of Citrix Presentation Server or Citrix XenApp Server for Windows do one of the steps below:

Using Citrix Console

1. Run Presentation Server Management Console / Citrix Delivery Services Console
2. In the left pane expand farm and servers node
3. Right click on the server you want version details for and from the menu select Change display -> Information

   

4. The information you looking for should be visible in the right pane

   

Using registry editor (this step needs to be done on each server you want to determine the version)

1. Run Registry Editor
2. Go to the following key:

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix
   

3. The information you looking for can be found in the right pane
